Gallery in the meeting is not recorded, why?

Hello dear ones,

I am recording meetings as an organizer and saving the file locally. In doing so, the screen is split, so the other person sees what I see on the screen. During the recording, the gallery view is activated and both I and the other participant can be seen as video each in a small tile. However, in the recorded MP4 file, the tiles are missing. Is there anything I can do to change this?

Hello, this depends on the view at the beginning of the zoom recording. If the recording is started in gallery mode, then the individual tiles are recorded. I hope this helps.
