Recording to local computer but changing hosts and leaving?

Hi there

I will be holding a conference on my work's Zoom account. It will be recorded to the local computer. I will be signing in as host - what would happen to the recording if I assigned Host to someone else and then left the meeting? Would the recording stop or would it carry on?

If so, where would the recording be saved? Would it still be saved on my computer or what it be on the new Host's computer?

TIA!

During the recording of a Zoom meeting, if you transfer host status to another person and leave the meeting, the recording normally continues unless the new host manually stops the recording.

The recording is normally saved on the computer of the host who started the recording. If you transfer host status to another person and the recording continues, the recording file will likely continue to be saved on your computer unless the new host has changed the recording settings to send the file to a different location.
