Why am I in the same zoom meeting twice?

I only click on the link once to join the zoom meeting, but then I'm in it twice.

This can actually only have the following reasons:

you have the Zoom client and the browser open: If you have both the Zoom client and the browser open, you may appear twice in the meeting. Make sure you use only the Zoom client or the browser to join the meeting.
invitation to multiple email addresses: It could be that the meeting invitation was sent to multiple email addresses of yours, and you logged in with both email addresses.
technical problems: Sometimes technical issues can cause you to appear twice in a meeting. If none of the above reasons apply, it may help to close the Zoom client and start again, or leave the meeting and join again.
