Zoom Basis Users?

Is a Zoom Basis user in a large meeting tied to 40 minutes or does this only count if the Zoom Basis user hosts a meeting?

The 40 minute limit only applies if you are a Zoom Basic user and invite to a meeting. This also applies to the other models, only the host needs a license.
