New Features:
- Enhancements to chat history tool: Admins can delete messages and see who deleted them.
- Control access to webinar chat: Enable/disable chat at various levels.
- Additional admin settings for in-meeting chat: Permissions specified from the admin portal, needing client version 5.7.3+.
- Post-meeting survey: Users can create end-of-meeting surveys, adjustable at various levels.
- Add video to Waiting Room: Customizable with pre-recorded videos before the meeting starts.
- Granular client version data in dashboard: View specific users' client versions.
- SAML mapping for Concurrent Meeting license: Assign licenses as an attribute using SAML mapping.
- Change in call forwarding and transferring policy settings: New controls for phone users on call forwarding.
- Backup storage location for call recordings: Specify locations for recording archives, limited to Amazon S3.
Enhancements:
- UI enhancement for telephone settings tab: Renamed to Audio Conferencing.
- Permit guest users to join PAC without sign-in: External users can join via invite without signing in.

- Resolved an issue with the lastName variable in webinar registration emails.
- Fixed dual streaming content and video feed failures for Poly devices.
- Addressed SIP/H.323 devices unable to join meetings with 2048-bit encryption.
