Admin Features
• Enhancement to workspace reservation restrictions
Admins can now limit the number of hours per reservation made through desktop apps, mobile, web, kiosk, and workspace devices. New settings allow administrators to manage the maximum duration of hours per reservation on scheduling displays. This setting, called "Instant Workspace Reservation maximum duration," syncs with the similar setting in Zoom Rooms if an admin updates it there. These improvements help clarify restrictions and provide more control over workspace usage.

• Assigned workspace report for users
Workspace Management admins, reservation admins, and workspace delegates can check users in and out of their workspace reservations. When checking in a user on their behalf, the reservation remains active, and the workspace is not automatically released after the check-in grace period.

• Admin and delegate check-in for workspace reservations
Workspace admins and delegates with scheduling permissions can now check users in and out of their workspace reservations. This feature is helpful when users face technical issues, are traveling, or experience delays. When checking in on behalf of a user, the reservation stays active, and the workspace remains available as intended, even after the check-in grace period.

General Features
• Ability for meeting and workspace delegates to book spaces for existing meetings
Delegates with both meeting delegate and workspace reservation delegate permissions can now add existing Zoom meetings to workspace reservations. This feature allows delegates to associate Zoom meetings with workspace bookings when making reservations on behalf of users they have delegate access for.
