Audit log for Quality Management administrative actions
- A comprehensive, read-only audit log can be accessed within the Quality Management administrative interface. Each log entry supports CSV export functionality for external analytics and automatically records timestamp, user email, action type, and specific activity details to create an immutable record of system activity.
Coaching features
Section-level score visibility for scorecards
- Response breakdown analytics have been updated to include section level analytics for completed evaluations in addition to the question and overall score levels.
Coaching sessions for Quality Management
- Coaching modules can be be created by supervisors to develop strategies for improvement based on previously identified opportunities or ongoing coaching initiatives. Sessions can be scheduled as video meetings, in person meetings, or asynchronous/offline.
