Update for Workspace Reservation
New or enhanced feature
Admin features
Ability to limit autopopulated user list on kiosk
- Administrators can restrict the list of users that appear as host options when autopopulation is turned on for the visitor kiosk. They can assign specific users who can be searched and selected as a visitor host, controlling the list at a granular level such as by building or floor. This allows workplace teams and security teams to limit the visibility of certain users in the autopopulated host list based on the visitor's location.
General features
Allow multiple photos per workspace
- Users can now add up to six photos of a workspace in Workspace Reservation. Account owners and admins can upload these additional photos to provide context to the user when reserving a workspace.
Enhancements to user representation for reserved desks without profile pictures
- When users reserve a desk and do not have a profile picture, their initials will be displayed in a circle on the web portal. For accounts with the "display profile picture on floor map" setting enabled, or for private/unknown users, a red icon with a desk will be shown instead of initials. This provides a clearer and more consistent representation of users without profile pictures across the Zoom Workspace Reservation platforms.
Enhancements to mobile app for workspaces, visitor management, and deliveries
- Users can reserve workspaces, manage visitor invitations, and monitor package deliveries through the Zoom mobile app. They can make reservations, track invited visitors, and see outstanding deliveries on their mobile devices. Account owners and admins can log package deliveries by capturing photos using the mobile app.
