Multi-room reservation support across locations

  • Event coordinators can reserve multiple rooms across different company locations using the Grid view. The system supports various space types, including Zoom Rooms, reservation-only rooms, and custom spaces. Users can switch between floor plans and building views to select available spaces. All booked spaces are managed under a single reservation, removing the need for separate bookings. This feature is available through the web portal, desktop client, and calendar add-ins to help coordinate events that require multiple spaces.
