Control settings for public playlists
- Account owners and admins can manage who has permission to create public playlists within their account. This control is available at the account and group levels and helps in ensuring that shared content aligns with organizational privacy and compliance standards.
User features
Auto-play toggle for playlist continuous playback
- Users can enable or disable the Autoplay next clip toggle from the Web portal or the Zoom Workplace app. If enabled, the next clip in a playlist automatically plays when the current clip ends without any manual user intervention.
Ability to track guest user access to clips
- Users sharing Zoom Clips can track who accesses their content by requiring email information from guest viewers. When enabled, guest users are prompted to enter their email address before they can watch a clip. Admins can configure the Require guests must register their email before they can view the clip setting at the account and group level, under the Clips tab > Sharing section. If allowed within the account and not locked under the account or group levels, users can control this setting for their personal use under Settings > Clips tab > Sharing section or per individual clips.
