Share meeting agenda documents during meetings

  • Users can share meeting agenda documents directly in their current Zoom meeting from the agenda section of the meeting info panel, ensuring all meeting participants have access to the same agenda content during the meeting. Shared agendas follow the same permission rules as other shared documents, allowing participants to view, comment, or edit based on the document owner's settings.
