Admin features
Managers can update deal data for their teams
- Account owners and admins have the ability to allow managers to update deal data for the sellers on their teams. This permission is configured at the user level within the Zoom for Salesforce Lightning application, where managers must authenticate to gain access. With this feature, managers can make changes to deal data during one-on-one coaching sessions, enabling them to better guide and assist their team members in the sales process.
Integration features
Customize CRM fields from Hubspot
- Account owners and admins can configure custom fields associated with standard HubSpot objects like opportunities, accounts, leads, and contacts in Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA). The existing standard fields in HubSpot will be automatically selected, and admins can specify additional CRM custom fields for use in areas such as analytics, conversations, and deal filters. Admins can provide the HubSpot API Name and Display Name for custom fields, and track the total number of imported fields for each object. This allows for seamless integration of custom CRM data into ZRA's functionality.
