Scheduler Management tab access for admins without assigned licenses
- Account owners and admins can access the Scheduler Management tab and all related controls without having a Zoom Scheduler license assigned to their account. The tab remains visible as long as Zoom Scheduler licenses are purchased for the account. This enables admins to manage Scheduler settings and assign licenses to hosts without consuming a license themselves.
Customizable branding for Zoom Scheduler attendee booking pages
- Account owners and admins can disable the Powered by Zoom branding from appearing on attendee booking pages for all hosts under their account. By default, the Powered by Zoom branding is displayed on all booking pages. This new setting allows admins to provide a neutral or white-labeled experience to attendees.
Admin visibility into users' synced calendar accounts
- Account owners and admins can generate a CSV export under the Scheduler Management tab that provides visibility into which calendar accounts each user has synced with Zoom Scheduler. The export includes a column with a list of synced calendar email addresses for each user.
