Update for Zoom Scheduler

User features
SMS user interface improvements
- Users will notice several improvements to the SMS notification interface in Zoom Scheduler. The SMS Workflows section in Scheduler Management now includes explanatory text clarifying that "SMS workflows allow hosts to send SMS notifications to both hosts and attendees for a scheduled event." When admins disable SMS notifications, users see a blue information banner instead of a warning message. Additionally, the phone number section is now hidden in user settings when SMS notifications are disabled by an admin. These changes help reduce confusion and provide clearer information about feature availability.
Enhancements to Salesforce location information syncing
- Salesforce users can access enhanced meeting information within their Zoom Scheduler records. The improved integration syncs location data including location type and phone numbers to Salesforce Scheduler objects. For virtual meetings conducted through third-party platforms such as Microsoft Teams, the system logs online meeting IDs automatically. This enhancement enables users to maintain better connections between their Zoom Scheduler meetings and corresponding Salesforce records.
Enhancements to manage booking links and Powered by Zoom Scheduler branding in notifications
- Users will now see consistent booking management links across email notifications and calendar invites. In email notifications, users will see Click here to make changes to this event while calendar invites will display Click the link below to make changes to this event with the management URL. These will be localized based on the booking page notification language set. Calendar invites will also now include "Powered by Zoom Scheduler" branding. These improvements create a more cohesive experience for users managing their bookings across different notification formats.
