Enhancements to admin analytics with group and team filtering

• Account owners and admins can filter analytics data by specific groups and teams on the admin dashboard. The enhanced analytics include new charts for tracking no-show events and identifying users with no scheduled events within selected time frames. Admins can select single or multiple groups to view performance data for specific organizational segments, while team filtering displays data exclusively for team booking pages. The update renames existing charts for clarity, with Created appointments becoming Booking pages created and Canceled appointments becoming Booking pages deleted . This enables more targeted performance analysis and better license utilization tracking across organizational units.

User features

SMS template customization

• Users can customize SMS templates and create custom messages for scheduled event notifications. Restrictions on adding links to SMS messages remain in place. This enables users to deliver consistent brand experiences and drive better engagement with attendees. SMS capacity limits have also been increased from an individual-user limit to an account-level limit for more flexibility. Note: This feature will not be immediately available, as it is dependent on a backend release currently scheduled for January 14, 2026.
