Support for images, hyperlinks, and rich text in Task Description

• Users can add rich text formatting and inline images to task descriptions in Zoom Tasks. The lightweight editor supports formatting options, including bold, italic, underline, headings, bulleted lists, numbered lists, and hyperlinks. Users can upload images through copy-paste, drag-and-drop, or file upload with support for JPG, PNG, GIF (static only), and WEBP formats up to 10MB per image.

Enhancements to the Zoom Task tab

• Users can navigate tasks more efficiently with a redesigned dashboard featuring dedicated tabs for global search, meetings and phone calls, and personalized task management. Enhancements to bulk selection capabilities

• Users can access an expanded set of actions when bulk-selecting tasks in Zoom Tasks. The multi-select functionality allows users to perform batch operations, including assigning multiple tasks to team members through a people picker, modifying due dates, and adding or removing tasks from lists. Additionally, users can remove themselves as collaborators, toggle task visibility settings, and share.
