Enhancements to attendee Ask Questions support with AI Companion

• Hosts can enable or disable AI Companion question support for attendees when scheduling or during webinars. Attendees can use hero prompts like "catch me up" and "what topics have been discussed" or type their own questions to get instant context about the webinar content. For webinars with more than 1,000 attendees, the ability to type custom questions is automatically limited to the first 1,000 participants to maintain system performance.

Host features

Early access to simulive events for hosts

• Hosts and panelists can join simulive events before the scheduled start time. Users can access the backstage area or enter the webinar environment to ensure everything is properly configured. For live events, hosts can verify panelist audio and video settings, review the event agenda, and make final preparations. This feature allows hosts to manually start events and ensures webinars begin on time, providing better control over event execution.
