Manage third-party content integrations

• Account owners and admins can manage the content users can add from third-party libraries in Zoom Whiteboard, such as GIFs, emojis, and images. They can disable GIPHY and image searches, set content sensitivity levels, and restrict emojis, stickers, and stamps or limit users to a selected list of icons.

User features

Support for importing VSDX files from Lucidchart, Visio, and Draw.io

• Users can import diagrams from Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, and Draw.io into Zoom Whiteboard by uploading or dragging and dropping VSDX files. The imported diagrams are recreated as whiteboard objects, keeping their original layout and elements. This allows users to continue working on their existing diagrams without needing to recreate them, making the transition to Zoom Whiteboard smooth and easy.

Open out-of-meeting whiteboards into active meetings

• Users can easily share whiteboards from the browser or app directly into an active meeting. A notification or button lets users quickly share their open whiteboards. When shared, a prompt appears to open the board in collaboration mode, following the meeting's sharing settings set by the host.

Folder management for custom shapes

• Users with a Whiteboard Plus license can create, rename, and delete folders in the My Saved Shapes section. They can drag and drop canvas objects into folders in the shapes panel, and move existing custom shapes between folders. When saving new custom shapes, users can select a specific folder to save them directly. If a folder is deleted, users are warned that all content in the folder will be lost. This feature helps users organize their custom shapes more effectively.

Export Whiteboard frames to Power Point

• Users with a Whiteboard Plus license can export single or multiple whiteboard frames directly to Microsoft PowerPoint (PPTX). The frames retain their visual quality and adjust to fit slide dimensions, making it easy to integrate collaborative sessions into polished presentations for effective professional communication.
