Manage organization-wide shape collections in Zoom Whiteboard

• Account owners and admins can manage shape collections at the organizational level. Users can submit shape libraries containing whiteboard objects or icon stencils for admin approval. Once approved, these collections can be published and made accessible to everyone in the organization. This process mirrors template sharing, ensuring controlled distribution and access to shared assets. This feature is available for Whiteboard Plus users.

Private mode anonymity improvements

• During private mode, authorship information is hidden for all content and remains anonymous even after private mode ends. While meeting activity logs mask authorship data, it remains accessible to admins in the dashboard. This ensures participants can contribute freely without concern for attribution, fostering a more open and collaborative environment.
