Whiteboard file conversion
- Admins can convert and embed files from Miro, Mural, and Visio into editable Zoom Whiteboard content through an API. The API accepts parameters including file path, conversion type, whiteboard name, and owner information. The conversion process extracts content from PDF and .vsdx files to create new whiteboards. Upon completion, the API returns success or error responses based on the conversion status.

Mural import capabilities
- Users can import Mural boards into Zoom Whiteboard with improved quality and functionality. The importer now supports line dash conversions for straight lines and includes connector support between objects. The unified code base for bulk and canvas exports ensures consistent handling of imported content.

Locked content interaction
- Users can interact with locked content on Zoom Whiteboard while maintaining its protected state. Interactive elements include playing media files and opening URLs.
Board claiming through unified modal
- Users can claim whiteboards created in a Zoom Room through a simplified single modal interface that consolidates QR code and email claiming methods. When scanning a QR code, users receive a claim confirmation on their device and automatically become board owners upon acceptance. Connected users can be instantly assigned as owners, while new users can be added through a searchable people picker that displays account members.
