Miro importer content conversion

• Import API now supports up to 100 MB PDFs from Miro for conversion.

Meeting template controls for whiteboard settings

• Users can control whiteboard settings within administrator meeting templates to manage participant access and functionality. The settings include options to enable or disable in-meeting whiteboards and if whiteboards created in a meeting are saved to the cloud.

Image library integration with Pexels

• Users can search and insert images from Pexels across their whiteboards. Images can be added directly to whiteboards while maintaining existing canvas functionality and formatting options.

Canvas object attachments

• Users can attach ink drawings and pen annotations to canvas objects like images and embedded files. Users can also attach stamps and stickers to various canvas elements including sticky notes, shapes, cards, uploaded files, text boxes, mind maps, lines, kanban boards, and tables. All attached elements maintain their position relative to the parent object when moved around the canvas.

AWS containers update

• Users can now represent common AWS services like EC2, S3, and VPC using dedicated containers with distinctive AWS icons. These containers support grouping behavior. When you drag an AWS container, any shapers inside it move with it. Advanced shapes are included in Whiteboard Plus.
