Share Zoom Docs to social media

  • Individual creators and business teams can share published Zoom Docs content directly to social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X, (Twitter) and Reddit. Aggregated analytics provide insight into visitor traffic and engagement for each shared document. Business teams can distribute content using official social accounts.

Share meeting summary docs during meetings

  • Users can share meeting summary documents directly through the in-meeting share function. When a meeting summary is shared, the document appears in the same sharing interface as other Zoom Docs allowing participants to collaborate on the document within the meeting interface. The permission structure aligns with the established Zoom Docs sharing framework, ensuring consistent access control.

Notifications for auto-shared meeting summaries

  • Meeting hosts can automatically share meeting summaries with all invitees based on their web settings. Once a summary is generated, shared users receive a notification with direct access to the document in Zoom Docs. They can view, edit, or collaborate on the content depending on their permission levels.

Import documents from Confluence into Zoom Docs

  • Users can import pages from Confluence into Zoom Docs by connecting their Confluence account.

Import Coda files into Zoom Docs

  • Users can import files from Coda into Zoom Docs by connecting their Coda account.
