NEW AND ENHANCED FEATURES- Support for VDI in Call Center
Zoom's VDI solution is updated to provide native Zoom Phone support for Contact Center, which works to provide audio offload through the VDI Plugin when using Contact Center to place and receive calls.
Note: For this release, only audio offloading is supported when using the VDI Plugin. Video calls are currently not supported when using the VDI Plugin with Contact Center. Support for audio offload with the VDI plugin requires turning on the Enable Native Phone Package in the admin account. - Group Policy Object (GPO) controls for the new Whiteboard
Follow user in-meeting policies for the new Whiteboard are now an option for GPO.
