Zoom Update: New Features and Bug Fixes Released

New Features:

• Immersive View for Zoom Client (Windows, macOS): Recreate the feel of your class or conference room by placing video participants onto a single virtual background. Participants are automatically arranged, with the host able to upload custom backgrounds. Requires client version 5.6.3 or higher and works best with Virtual Background.
• Allow or deny entry to users from certain regions or countries for Zoom Scheduler for Firefox: Enables the host to restrict meeting access based on participant locations. Must be enabled at user, group, or account level.

Enhancements:

• Security enhancements for Zoom Scheduler for Chrome.

Fixed Bugs:

• Minor bug fixes for Zoom Client and Zoom Scheduler for Firefox.
• Resolved crashes for a subset of users when switching audio devices on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.
• Fixed an issue for some users preventing them from ending a webinar across platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS).
