With the Dante Embedded Platform™ and Dante Application Library™, Dante connectivity for PC and Mac can be implemented in a simplified software way in the future. This will allow developers to use Dante in applications that do not have the necessary hardware requirements.

As this is a pure software solution, it will also be possible to upgrade software applications with Dante connectivity updates.

According to the manufacturer, the video conferencing software Zoom is already working on a Dante integration in the application Zoom Rooms.
