New Visca command to switch as panoramic camera

New Feature

• The VISCA command supports switching a PTZ camera to a panoramic camera using the command sequence: 81 01 04 CA 00/01 FF
• The OSD menu will automatically disappear if there is no response from the remote control within 30 seconds.

Improvements

• To improve the recognition of UVC device names while using two or more cameras on software such as PTZLink or CaptureShare.

Know Issues

• Tracking Camera can’t support safari browser to use web page GUI
