Button connected, button pressed nothing happens?

There are several possibilities for this:

1. the wrong input was selected on the monitor.

• Select the correct input on the monitor or in the room's control system.

1. base unit in standby mode

• Briefly press the standby button on the base unit or connect a button and run the ClickShare client software.

1. you are the third person who wants to transfer their content to the monitor.

• The first or second user must press their button to remove their content so that a third user can share their content. Or If you are the third user, press and hold the button to use the "Show me" function of ClickShare

1. the ClickShare client software is not running.

• Go to the ClickShare drive and run the software.

1. the Button is not paired with the Base Unit

• Plug the Button into the ClickShare Base Unit and wait until the LED ring turns green
