Why does the automatic playback of the laptop display via Barco ClickShare C-10 with dongle and projector no longer work?

There is a problem with one of the 6 base units used here.
Clickshare is basically used here as follows: Each user who wants to use Clickshare with their laptop connects the dongle to the laptop. The C-10 Gen 2 base unit and the projector then start up. The white circle closes on the dongle, after confirming the button the circle turns red and the image is displayed on the screen. So far, this has worked with all base stations with the respective dongles.
Unfortunately, this no longer works in one room. After connecting the dongle, the white circle closes. It can also be turned into a red circle by pressing it, and the projector also starts automatically. Unfortunately, only a dark image is displayed. The correct input is set on the projector. The problem can only be solved by pressing the button on the base station, then the picture is there.
However, as the base stations are not on the table, this is annoying and also incomprehensible.
The base station has already been reset to the factory settings. Unfortunately, comparing the settings with the other base stations via the XMS Cloud did not bring me any closer to a solution. However, I cannot say with certainty whether I have paid attention to every detail.
I would be very grateful for any tips!

Try installing a firmware update via the XMS Cloud. Minor errors are often fixed in the updates. If the firmware is already up to date, I would reconnect the button to the base unit and wait until the circle is green, then the button should have re-established the connection and carried out an update itself.

Also check the settings of the ClickShare base unit under System -> Energy savers -> Eco Mode.

The base unit starts automatically in Eco Mode.

Based on your error description, I would assume that the base unit is not starting.

If none of this helps, you can create and download a complete backup of the unit. Then reset the device to factory settings and set it up again and / or import the backup.

Some errors can be rectified if you first install a downgrade to a previous version. (Check the box to allow downgrades) and then update to the latest version.
