Updated Desktop App with fixes for start-up and black screen issue

Resolved Issue(s)

✔ ️ In rare occasions, the Base Unit would fail to start up. For example, after a power outage.

✔ ️ After frequent use, it's possible to see a black screen or the wallpaper when you start sharing.

Known Issue(s)

? Sometimes Buttons can't connect if they are plugged in before the Base Unit has been fully started. Refer to https://www.barco.com/en/support/knowledge-base/KB8293
