How to acces welcome screen?

Hello, i have an issue with out barco clickshare. I would like to add Buttons to our base unit. I managed to pair one of the buttons to a base unit that i just intalled ans updated. But i would like to add one to a base unit that has been there since 2021 (CSE-200). I've tried connecting the buttons to the base unit but nothing happens. From what i understood I need to be in the welcome screen to pair new buttons. The problem is that i dont know how to acces this welcome screen. All i have is a screen with the name of the room and nothing else. Is there a certain manipulation to do to acces this home screen ? Or am I wrong and I just need to update the firmware or something else ?Thanks for your help. !

to connect a button to the base unit, it simply needs to be connected to the base unit until the LED ring

  • is solid white (no software update was required) or
  • Solid red (software update was necessary).
  • Alternatively, the Clickshare Button Manager can be used if it is not possible to connect the button.
