CX-20?

We have a CX-20 with 3 buttons connected to an existing Rally Plus, with display Philips 86BDL. The Rally Plus works perfectly with the USB cable. When the CX-20 is connected with the ClickShare and the button is plugged in, it works the first time. If you press the button again to log out and then want to press the same button and notebook again to log in, there is no picture. When the HDMI cable is unplugged and plugged in again, the Barco welcome screen appears and the button works once. When logging out and logging in again, there is no more picture, until the HDMI cable is unplugged and plugged in again, then we have picture again.
Thanks for your help

Top answer
  • Install the latest update of the CX-20.
  • After the update plug 1 button after the other into the main unit and pair it again (until the circle is green).
  • after pairing try again. Also feel free to replace the HMDI cable.
  • Check the HDMI IN settings on the Rally Plus.
  • Update the Rally Plus, this can be done with the Logitech Sync App or via Logitech Sync Portal.
  • Check the power saving settings on the Clickshare.
  • If this does not help, reset the system once. Once on the Clickshare if this does not help on the Rally Plus.

Thank you very much for the tips.We have reset and reconfigured the CX-20, now it works.
