How can I reset the Core to the factory settings?

- Find the reset button as shown in the picture:
- Disconnect the power supply to the ClickShare device.
- Press and hold the reset button on the ClickShare device with a paper clip. (you should feel a small button press)
- Press and hold the reset button and reconnect the power supply to your ClickShare device.
- Keep the reset button pressed until you observe the following behavior on the power LED of the base unit:
- CX/C series: Press and hold the button until the front LED of the device flashes red. This process can take up to one minute
- CB Core/Pro: Depending on the firmware version installed on your device, the LED color on the camera module may change from flashing white to a multi-color flashing animation (for versions below 2.20) or to flashing red (for version 2.20 and higher).
