- Disconnect the power supply to the ClickShare device.
- Press and hold the reset button of the ClickShare device with a paper clip.
- Press and hold the reset button and reconnect the power supply to your ClickShare device.
- Press and hold the reset button until you observe the following behavior on the power LED of the base unit:
- CX/C series: Press and hold the button until the front LED of the device flashes red. This process can take up to one minute
