Bug fixes

• Improved connection stability between laptop and base unit when using the ClickShare button or desktop app.

• Unsupported video formats (all ate except MJPEG and YUY2) are ignored in favor of supported ate to improve stability.

Open issues

• When using Airplay with YouTube, users must ensure YouTube is not running before sharing the entire screen with Airplay to avoid "Connected to AirPlay" appearing as an overlay on the YouTube video: KB11880

• Quickly pressing the mute button on Jabra Speak devices may cause the peripheral to be out of sync with MS Teams.

=== What to consider before upgrading ===

• In order for the ClickShare app to automatically launch on the button when plugged in, version 1.20 of the ClickShare Windows driver must be installed on the device. More information can be found in KB12204.

• The ClickShare Desktop App v4.17 or higher is required to enable wireless (Wi-Fi and ultrasonic) detection of the Base Unit.

• We strongly recommend always using a free 5GHz Wi-Fi channel to optimize wireless presentation performance. These settings can be changed via the ClickShare Configurator.

• Wireless client mode is supported, but for wireless conferencing a direct connection between the Button and the base unit is recommended.

• The rear USB-A port has a lower bandwidth, which may cause performance issues when the peripheral is connected to the rear.
