This release provides improved user experiences, increased flexibility, security and additional features

New features

• Simplified device registration flow: scan the QR code on the setup screen or follow the link in the Configuration Wizard to register your device for SmartCare, without it needing to be connected to the internet.
• Minimized connection time for Buttons configured in Corporate Network Integration mode.
• Correct default volume on Nureva HDL200, HDL310, and HDL410. Please update Nureva firmware to 1.4.230823 or high version.

Know issues

• Huddly S1/L1 doesn't get removed properly when unplugged
• Airplay discovery via Bluetooth isn't working. Please connect through mDNS when using Airplay at this moment. (More information could be found in KB11021)
• Sharing through Google Cast isn't working with Android Phones. (More information could be found in KB11022 and KB11023)
• Shared audio through HDMI not audible when connecting to Logitech Rally Bar Huddle.
• No video output from ClearOne Versa Mediabar.
• Registration QR code on Web Configuration may not be easily scanned by some Android Phones. Please click to enlarge the QR code if this occurs.

Things to consider before upgrading

• In order to start the ClickShare App on the Button automatically when plugging it in, version 1.20 of the ClickShare Windows Driver needs to be installed on the device. More information can be found in KB12204.
• ClickShare Desktop App v4.30.2 or higher is required when using a Button to connect when the App is installed.
• ClickShare Desktop App v4.17 or higher is required to allow over the air (Wi-Fi and ultrasound) detection of the Base Unit.
• To optimize Wireless Presentation performance, we highly recommend to always use a free 5GHz Wi-Fi channel. Changes and settings could be applied via ClickShare Configurator.
• Supports for Wireless Client Mode. A direct connection between the Button and the Base Unit is advised to better support Wireless Conferencing.
• Performance issues may occur when the peripherals are attached to the back USB-A port since it has less bandwidth.
