Added support for Lutron tunable white lights
Import tunable white lights into Basalte Home from your Lutron HomeworksQSX project.

Added extra configuration options to KNX blocks in the logic:

• KNX input: configure if a node will respond to a read request
• KNX output: configure if a node will send a read request after a reboot

Added a random generator logic node
You can now specify the minimum, maximum and step size. When triggered,the output will generate a random number.

Added support for the scene data points to the number types (DPT 17.001 and 18.001)
