I am having issues connecting a Bose PM8500 to Control Space Designer using USB.
Control Space Designer returns the following message on while attempting to connect to device.
Operation Failed: USB lockout detected. Unable to continue.
Computer is Macbook Pro running OS X Catalina, running Parallels 18.31 virtual Machine with up to date version of window 10.
