P60 Control failure?

I am having repeated control failure of P60 cameras used with Codec Pros (aprox. 70 Cameras installed. 10 Failures) I have been able to bring all but one back up by running an Ethernet cable across the floor and then rebooting both the camera and the codec. I then plug the existing control cable back in and it all works fine. One of these cameras has not come back up after repeating the above method several times and then replacing the camera. I am at the point where I will need to replace the codec and am after any advice

Thank you

It seems that you have already tried various solutions to fix the problem with the repeated control failures of the P60 cameras, but so far without success. Since this is a recurring problem and you have already replaced several cameras, it is very likely that the problem lies with the codec itself. In this case, I would recommend you to contact Cisco technical support. It is possible that the problem can be fixed by updating the firmware or reinstalling the software.

However, before you do that you can try a few things. For example, you can try connecting the codec to a different network port to make sure there is no problem with the network connection. You can also try using a different control cable to make sure that the problem is not caused by the cable.
