There are two options to schedule your meetings;

Using Quick Scheduler:

Sign in to Cisco Webex Site
Go to Host a Meeting
Select Schedule a Meeting
Click the Quick Scheduler if you're in Advanced Scheduler
Configure meeting details then select Start or Schedule Meeting

Using Advanced Scheduler:

Sign in to Webex Site
Go to Host a Meeting
Select Schedule a Meeting
Click Advanced Scheduler if you're in Quick Scheduler
Configure meeting details then select Start or Schedule Meeting
