You can link the two applications in the following steps:
- Microsoft Outlook> File> Options
- Add-ins
- Manage> Disable items> Go
- Disabled items window> Cisco Webec Meetings> Enable
- Exit and restart Outlook
If the changes fail, try:
- Start> Cisco webex meeting desktop> app> Settings> Preferences Calendar tab
- Microsoft Outlook
- Apply
