The Samsung QM Series can be integrated into Crestron Control Systems using the "RoomView Connected Device" module.
This feature has to be activated in the screen service menu. Following are the steps required:
- Turn off the screen with the remote
- While powered off, press MUTE, 1, 8, 2, POWER on the remote
- Navigate to Control followed by B2B Spec Support
- Activate Crestron Support
- Power Off the Screen
- Now the Crestron option is available in the screen settings
