Fixed Bugs:
- DM-NVX-D30 and D80 fan now turns off when set to "auto" if the stream is no longer present.
- API updates ensure all DM NVX endpoint names report consistently.
- USB Hotkey now reports raw data in the serial join "Message_F", ensuring default USB data reports for all keys, up to the standard 104 key layout.
- Resolved video connectivity issues for Vaddio Roboshot with the E760 (HDBT).
Open Issues:
- ? Authentication screen may be displayed after a reboot; a refresh may be required.
- ? DM-NVX-E760 LED Disable does not disable the LEDs for the HDBT port.
- ? DM-NVX-36x LED Disable does not disable the LEDs for copper port #3.
- ? Custom EDID entry cannot be created when downgrading to 4.x or below.
- ? Custom DSCP values may change to default when upgrading to version 5.1.
- ? LAN port #3 on the DM-NVX-36x may take up to 2 minutes to register interface changes.
- ? If analog audio was the audio source while upgrading DM-NVX-35x, it may revert to "Audio Follows Video", resolvable via Web UI or SIMPL programming.
- ? Stream subscriptions may be lost when downgrading from version 3.x to 2.x.
- ? Streaming settings cannot be modified on the web interface when Statistics are enabled.
- ? Unable to delete Active Directory groups with "/" in the name.
- ? Manual refresh required on web interface after adding CA certificate for list updates.
- ? DM-NVX requires Username/Password for 802.1x "EAP-TLS Certificate."
- ? Crestron recommends using Google Chrome for firmware updates; other browsers may falsely report failures.
- ? DM-NVX-351 and 363 have issues down mixing some Dolby Atmos (MAT 2.0) and DTSX to PCM 2ch audio.
Update Instructions:
- .PUF files are no longer supported above firmware version 5.x; please use the .zip file found within the .puf file when downgrading.
- Firmware installation can be done using XiO Cloud, the device's webpage, Auto Update via a 3 Series Control System, or an SFTP server; Crestron Toolbox is not used for this process.
- .puf files are supported in DM NVX Firmware version 2.0.3900.00049 and higher; extract the appropriate .zip file to update devices running firmware prior to 2.0.3900.00049. See Online Help: Answer ID 1000866 for more information.
