CrestronHello, I created an admin account yesterday when I connected to the web interface for the first time. Everything worked fine so far. Now I have the problem that my previously entered data is not recognized. Is there a way to reset the device to the factory settings or perform a factory reset?
Press the reset button in the small hole on the back until the screen goes black and then release. Once the Crestron logo appears at startup, repeat the process a total of ten more times (for a total of eleven times). Then wait for the device to boot up; it will start in recovery mode where a factory reset button is available.
