How to download TSS-1070 Firmware Update?

Dear Support Team,
I have a TSS-1070 module (Serial Number: 2219JBH12746) at our company, running firmware version 2.006.0054. While the device is functioning correctly, I would like to update its firmware.
After registering on your platform, I noticed that I am unable to access the download section, as it states "Access Denied." Could you please let me know what steps I need to take to gain access, or alternatively, provide a direct link to the firmware download?
