What is the code to get the TID from the RFID Tags?

What is the code to get the TID of the RFID Tags that scanned using the openRead(RFIDBank.TID)
When I use the getData() when I check its length it always returns 0.I tried using other RFID reader so I know there is TID in the RFID Tags
I am trying to develop a application that detect a duplicate epc from the scanned RFID Tags.
