After restarting, do the CPX-AP modules regularly lose communication with the controller?

We use the CPX-AP-I in EtherCat with Beckhoff as the higher-level controller.When the system is switched on or restarted, the CPX modules regularly lose communication with the controller. The modules flash red and report "Module identification failed".Does anyone know a remedy for this problem?
