White LED’s flashing?

My jabra 710 started connecting and disconnecting rapidly today. The white LED’ s on the outer rim continuously light up in a circular motion starting from the bottom 6 o’ clock position. I held the two phone buttons to reset the connections and updated the firmware but nothing has worked. Sometimes it will stop long enough to connect but then immediately disconnects and starts flashing again. I sent a message in to jabra support but haven’ t received any response yet. Thoughts?

Top answer

The rapid flashing of the white LEDs in a circular motion on the Jabra Speak 710 usually indicates that the device is in pairing mode and trying to connect to another Bluetooth device. However, if the device connects and disconnects quickly, this could be an indication of Bluetooth connectivity issues or other technical problems.

It is good that you have already tried resetting the device and updating the firmware. If these steps didn't help, you can also try resetting the device to factory settings and then pairing it with your Bluetooth device again. You can do this by pressing and holding the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons on the top of the device for 5 seconds until the device beeps and the LEDs stop flashing.
