white lights keep flashing - and disconnecting from PC audio. What is happening?

Good day! I'm sorry to bother you, but I have a problem with my Virtual Desktop Terminal, which is directly connected to my computer via USB. I've already tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, but unfortunately it's not possible to fix the problem with the usual methods like Answer/End or Volume Up/Down. The terminal seems to connect to my PC's audio and interferes while on a call or playing disco music in the middle of the action. The battery is fully charged and no Bluetooth connection is required. Could you please help me to solve the problem? I would be very grateful
