Maximum charging capacity Schuko connection?

Hello,

I have connected my Juice Booster 2 to different Schuko sockets with a respective fuse protection of 16 amps. Only a maximum of 8 or optionally 6 amps charging current is offered at any one time. How can I achieve a higher charging capacity here. In a Youtube video I have seen the mobile charger charge with 13 ampere at the Schuko socket. That should be possible in principle.
