KNX Association KNX - Problem with Argus presence sensor detection programming in ETs?

I am trying to use an ARGUS presence detector with light control +IR to switch an actuator. It works well when i use tge IR remote however it does not seem to detect movement to switch actuator. I have given both the output of the sensor and the actuator the same group address but it doesn't work. What must I do to make it work

check the settings of the presence detector: make sure that the presence detector is properly configured and has the correct settings for the desired detection range, sensitivity and switching time. Also verify that the correct group address is set for the presence detector's output.

Check the detection area of the presence detector: Make sure that the presence detector is able to detect movement in the desired area. Also check that there are no obstacles blocking the presence detector's view of the area.
check the programming: make sure that the actuator is properly programmed to respond to the group address assigned to the presence detector.
Verify that the occupancy detector is working properly: Test the occupancy detector to make sure it is working properly. The best way to do this is to use a test LED or multimeter to verify that the presence detector produces an output when it detects motion.

When all these steps have been checked and corrected, the presence detector should be able to switch the actuator properly.
